AV Birch Ltd installed three laser projection systems in Northern Ireland to help our customers increase speed and improve quality

AV Birch Timber Ltd installed three SL Laser Projection Systems for a customer in Northern Ireland last week. They want to increase productivity by reducing setup time significantly, which the Laser system supports, as well as improve quality because the lasers project within very tight tolerances of accuracy.

The projection area is over an existing 35-Ton Birch Press. There are multiple applications where the lasers can benefit our customers, including Truss, Joist and Timber Frame production.
